Freelance Writing Tip: Choose More Then One Site

Published by faye12 at 10:20 pm under Writing Tips Edit This

For a good deal of us freelance writing consists of making money as well as gaining recognition.  In fact, many of us rely on our writing as our soul source of income in these desperate economic times.  Many of my posts have been about ways of improving your income potential and this one is no different.

Today’s writing tip: Publish from more then one site/platform.  Once you have grown comfortable with your first publishing site, check out others.  Find another that you are comfortable with and sign up.  Repeat this process until you have enough work to keep you busy and have generated enough income to satisfy your needs.  Always be on the look out for the better paying options, of coarse.

Good tip, I’ve been following it for years. I now have more writing work than I can handle; the pay is not the best, but at least I can earn more by working more.
