Freelance Writing Tip #2

Published by faye12 at 7:35 pm under Writing Tips Edit This

Hello again.  Your happy writer here, bringing you more writing advice.   The next tip I have in line for you my wonderful readers is this:  Never Pay For Writing Advice.  Taking a writting class and buying a dictionary are things not to include under writing advice, these are resources.  I am talking about all of those websites that tell you they will give you the secrets for just a low fee of three sheep and a horse or whatever it is they are asking.  Then you will be charged a million dollars a month to keep thier services, which consists only of a list you could have put together yourself in ten minutes using only your computer.

Do search out and use free advice.  Friends, family and fellow workers or students can be good places to start.  Also, the internet is a great place to get free writing advice.  Well, you ARE here, and I give at least decent advice for free, so…..

Anyway, todays blurb has been about not giving your money to people who don’t deserve it.  You will find it hard enough to suport yourself as a starting writer, you don’t need them sucking you dry too.
